Shipping Policy

At GownEdits, we do everything we can to make sure your dress arrives on time, in perfect condition, and with full tracking from the moment it leaves our hands.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Delivery Times

United States (Standard Shipping)

Processing time: 1 to 3 business days
Transit time: 7 to 12 business days
Total estimated delivery: 8 to 14 business days

Delivery times may be longer during peak periods such as prom season (March through May), homecoming season (September through October), and the holiday season (November through December). We recommend ordering early during these periods.


Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
No additional charges, even when ordering multiple items.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If you did not receive your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Late or Missing Orders

If you have not received your order within 25 business days of your purchase date, please reach out to us immediately.

We will open an investigation with the carrier. If your package is confirmed lost, we will offer either:
- A free reshipment of your order
- A full refund to your original payment method

GownEdits is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully verify your shipping address before completing your order. GownEdits cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at support@gownedits.com — we will do our best to make the correction before your order ships. Once an order has been dispatched, address changes are no longer possible.

Any additional shipping costs resulting from address errors are the responsibility of the customer.


Split Shipments

In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped in separate packages depending on availability. No additional shipping charges will apply.
