By placing an order on gownedits.com, you agree to the 
following terms of sale in full.

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products offered 
by GownEdits to its customers through gownedits.com. 
Completing a purchase constitutes unconditional acceptance 
of these terms.

3. Products

We make every effort to describe our products as accurately 
as possible, including materials, sizing, and color details.

Please note:
- Product photography is for illustrative purposes only
- Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting
- This does not constitute a defect and does not qualify for 
 a return

We strongly recommend consulting our size guide and measuring 
yourself before placing your order. GownEdits is not 
responsible for sizing issues resulting from failure to follow 
our size guide.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include all 
applicable taxes.

GownEdits reserves the right to modify prices at any time 
without prior notice. The price applied to your order is the 
price displayed at the time your order is placed. We are not 
obligated to honor pricing errors or technical glitches.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments 
(PCI DSS Level 1 certified). Accepted payment methods:

- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- Shop Pay

Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully 
processed. An order confirmation email will be sent to you 
automatically.

We do not store any credit card or payment information on 
our servers.

6. Order Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order 
confirmation email summarizing your purchase. Please keep 
this email as it serves as your receipt.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, 
check your spam folder or contact us at support@gownedits.com

7. Shipping

Orders are delivered within an estimated 8 to 15 business 
days within the United States.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking 
link once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times may be extended during peak periods (prom 
season, homecoming season, and holidays). We recommend 
ordering early during these periods.

If your order is not delivered within 25 business days, you 
are entitled to a free reshipment or a full refund.

8. Returns & Cancellations

You have 30 days from your delivery date to return your item, 
provided it is unworn, unaltered, with all original tags and 
packaging intact.

To initiate a return, email us at support@gownedits.com with 
your order number.

Cancellations: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be 
cancelled. If your order has not yet shipped, contact us 
immediately at support@gownedits.com and we will do our best 
to cancel it before dispatch.

9. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact 
us within 48 hours of delivery at support@gownedits.com with 
your order number and clear photos of the issue.

You are entitled to:
- A free replacement shipped at no additional cost
- A full refund to your original payment method

GownEdits will cover all costs associated with defective or 
incorrect item resolution.

10. Product Availability

Products are available while supplies last. In the event that 
an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we 
will contact you promptly to offer:
- An alternative product of equal value
- A full refund to your original payment method

11. Personal Data

Personal information collected during your purchase is used 
solely for order processing, shipping, and customer service 
purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the 
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion 
of your personal data at any time by contacting us at 
support@gownedits.com

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GownEdits 
shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or 
consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of 
our products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the 
specific order giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in 
accordance with French law.

Any disputes arising from a purchase will first be addressed 
through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall 
be submitted to the competent French courts.

Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available
